Any materials or deliverables provided by starlineinnovation remain our intellectual property until payment is made in full.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for your Amazon business purposes.
starlineinnovation will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any losses resulting from Amazon’s policies or actions outside our control.
Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service causing the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
Any unpaid fees for services rendered must be settled.
Access to any shared tools or data will be revoked.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
